Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, Santa, Merl Haggerd, AC/DC, Metallica, Rusted Root, Eminem, Candle Box just to name a few but I like all kinds of music from some Avril Lavine to White Zombie.

Sense of humor, confidance, and great food

Stupid people, self cenetered, and being a kiss ass.

I am a semi self trained personal chef that is very passionate about food and all things dealing with any kind of cuisine. I have won awards for my Barbequed ribs. I say I specialize in Barbeque but love to cook all kinds of food. I am in the process of launching the idea of cooking parties where I cook, demonstrate, and share my recipes with you in your home. It is fun, enetertaining and you get to eat fresh perfectly prepared food and learn how to make these items for yourelf during the process.

Cool, I'm glad you liked the soup! The gravy seems like it was going to make the soup thick, but when you add the water, and bullion it works. I love it. Its better the next day! And you can add more browned onions to it if necessary. QUESTION: Hey we caught a Coho salmon the other day in the lake. What should I do with it, or how to cook it? I don't like "fishy" fish. I don't like dill. I cleaned and froze it. Suggestions? I know smoking might be an option, but that seems like a lot of bother, only 1 fish. I don't have a smoker anyhow.

HOLY COW...your background is ....is...busy! It's a little hard to read anything!

Yummy  FRENCH ONION SOUP

6 large onions , sliced and split into rings
2 cans of Hienz Beef Gravy
2 cans water 2 T oil
4-5 beef bullion cubes
Long loaf Baugette bread sliced (day old is better)
1/2 lb sliced Monterey Jack cheese- (actually any cheese..swiss, provolone...I used Mozzerella-good but really stringy!)

Brown/caramelize onions till soft in oil, on low flame. Meanwhile, in dutch oven add 2 cans of gravy, water & bullion. Bring to a boil, then simmer till bullion cubes melt. Add cooked onions, simmer on low for 30-45 min. Serve in bowls that allow broiling, add bread slices (to taste), top with sliced cheese, broil 5 min to melt cheese & brown slightly.

yum!

What culinary school did you go to?

Hey CHEF B !

I think you should let people know that you are available to do cooking "parties" in their homes. Its pretty cool because you kind of provide the entertainment AND the food, and everybody gets a lesson on cooking for a decent price, what a FUN night!
