This blog is only kind of about food. It is more about an idea I have. The idea of using the awesome resources we have here in Port Huron. Sure we have the water, but it isn't very lucrative to to a lot of the businesses in the area since there is no place for people to just pull their boat up, jump out and have dinner and a couple drinks, or be able park their boat and stroll around town and see the shops and galleries. When does the need for convenience overpower the desire for quality?
