Have you ever went to dinner somewhere and seen on the menu or were told what was being served and got really excited because it was something that you had not had in years and it was something grandma made, and that just made your day. I mean maybe it was something so simple that she did in here preperation but it made the whole difference to you then you get served at the diner party and it just isn't the same. well I want to try and help you out. if you have a recipe from back in the day and you can't figure out what granny or mom or even dad did to make it just right, let me know and I will try to put it back together for you and see if we can let you have it for the rest of your life. you never know it might be something as simple as the way you mix the biskets or let the pot roast brown on the top of the stove before putting it on the oven to braise that gives it that wonerful taste you have been missing for so long. so let me know and I will see what I can do. But remember i'm not magic and I can only do what I can do.
