Chef Barry - Recipe Submissions...

I love to cook so much I cook when I am not even hungry so I come up with a lot of different recipes. The most important thing I want to pass along is that any recipe I submit has been tested at least 1 time of not several.

Believe it or not there are a ton of recipes that you will find on  the internet that don't turn out as the description states. So I want to asure you that I don't post anything I have not tried myself.

Please, I beg of you. Please try to make a recipe no matter how good it is described at least 1 time so people don't go thru all the time MONEY and work to create a recipe you post with you having any idea wheather it is what it says it is.
 
Believe it or not there are hundreds if cookbooks that are for sale these days that the auther has no clue if what they are saying is true. so I want to assure you if I post it I have made it and do the best I can to to make sur eit is user friendly.
